Michael Page approached us when their brand was going through a transition period and needed someone to step in and help them with a new marketing project and a new ESP system integration. They asked us to set up all the necessary processes to run successful email campaigns.
What we have done:
We created an email strategy and alongside various programmes aimed at maintaining clients’ loyalty and reducing churn. Allsopp Media used the brand voice and look, therefore maintaining full brand consistency.
There was no previous CRM and email marketing team, so we had to structure and segment a vast database as well as design a full email workflow for the future use by a new team.
